Open Letter to My Valued Visitor,


It's pointless to have goals, discipline or even a financial plan if you aren't clear on:

1. Why you want to do it
2. Whom you want to do it with/for
3. Being empowered to actually stick with it

Doesn't sound like the kind of advice you'd get from a traditional financial professional, does it?

You probably heard all the ‘strategies’ you should follow – the ones based on ‘the market’, the economy or the ‘numbers’, etc.
And where has that led us so far?
My belief is this process usually fails us because it leaves out the more important part of your financial planning – the emotional part.

Addressing the emotional part is the main reason why our approach works so well. We believe our values-based approach help clients to quickly become aware of their personal values and the reasons why they are pursuing their financial outcomes. It helps us stay focused on what is most important to you about money. Once that’s established – identifying, creating and implementing a pathway for clients becomes much more evident.

We begin every new relationship with a client by asking them a simple but impactful question.
After asking it, we sit back and listen for however long it takes to be fully answered.
When the client is done answering, everything flows naturally from this initial conversation to illuminate their financial pathway.

Here is the question;

“If we were having this conversation three years from today, and you were looking back over those three years, what has to have happened in your life, both personally and professionally, for you to feel happy with your progress?
Specifically, what dangers do you have now that need to be eliminated, what opportunities need to be captured, and what strengths need to be maximized?”

It’s a big one, huh? But I promise you, if you take the time to consider your answer and then actually answer it (and maybe even write it down), the outcome will amaze you.

I consistently have clients come to me telling me how much that one question has changed the way they evaluate things in all aspects of their life. They tell me how their decision making is so much more natural leaving them feeling increased confidence in what they do.

I truly believe you will gain an immense amount of insight if you follow through with it.

Keep in mind; you don’t need to me to do this with you.
In fact, you have three choices if you choose to do this;

1. You could decide to do this alone
2. You could decide to do this with a traditional advisor
3. Or you could choose to do this with me
